Reinvent medicaid in California
As the landscape of Medicaid reimbursement continues to change, it was important for Paradigm to reconnect with their core values and to reassure both clients and staff that they will continue to be a leader and innovator in the field.
The new brand was brought to life through a family of colors, typographic rules and division logos. Part of the challenge was to update all of the brand touch points and to work closely with their team to define the user experience for both the company website and client applications. Each piece was designed to deliver on the brand promise of being simple and effective.
Designing a better experience
With the new brand in place, we work tirelessly on recreating the entire application experience. The new application was focused on a new work flow that would improve productivity and streamline the process of data entry. Our goal was to create a better way for users to visualize and interact with their data in a more effective way.
